Follow These Steps:

Ichi. Strike to the forehead; I block: right arm up, left thumb at her right elbow.

Ni. Left hand rolls her right shoulder forward and down. Left hand points like a gun and presses against her forearm's nerves.

San. Move her forward by using the nerve.

Yon. Step in, take her down to the mat, kneel. Left knee in her armpit. Elbow lock.

Go. Step around. Right foot in her ear. Change the position of my thumbs on her forearm. Fold my arms around her's. I sink my weight into her. I break her arm.

6:00am aikido practice.

I like the step-by-step process, and the Japanese call-words proceeding each bit. You had me until "I break her arm." One wouldn't actually break someone's arm during 6:00am Aikido practice, would they? I wonder if something as simple as:

I "break" her arm

...would do it for me. Thoughts on that?
